Lost or Stolen Packages

KYROS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to open a claim.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kyrosbrand25@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible, so we can resolve it quickly.
